Stranger Atolye 2009 Katılımcılarımız Digital Dreams Festivali’ne Davetli!
2009 yılı StrangerFestival Atölye katılımcıları Naz Belkaya ve Volkan Karataş sırasıyla “On the Beach” ve “The Kiss” adlı videoları ile Rotterdam, Hollanda’da düzenlenen Digital Dreams Festivali‘ne davet edildiler. 18, 19 Kasım tarihlerinde Hollanda’nın en büyük medya ve tasarım okulu olan Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam (Rotterdam Grafik Sanatlar Koleji) öğrencileriyle video çekecekleri bir atölyeye, 20, 21 Kasım tarihlerinde ise Your Space adlı merkezde gerçekleşecek film gösterimleri ve ödül törenine katılacaklar.
Digital Dreams Festivali Rotterdam, İstanbul ve Paramabiro’dan gelen, kimlikleri, düşünceleri, hayalleri, özellikle yaşadıkları şehir ve dünyadaki gelecekleri hakkında filmler çekmiş olan gençleri ağırlayacak. Gençlerin festival web sitesinde yer alan videoları hem Seyirci Ödülü, hem de Jüri Ödülü almak üzere değerlendirilecek ve birinciler 20 Kasım gecesi ödül töreninde açıklanacak. Şu anda siz de Naz ve Volkan’ın videolarını ve diğer beğendiklerinizi web sitesinden (videolarının altındaki Stem düğmesine basarak) oylayabilirsiniz:

Digital Dreams Festivali, Kosmopolis Rotterdam tarafından MODE ISTANBUL, Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, Zadkine College, Albeda College, De Heuvel, Beeldfabriek, Patching zone, Cultdoc, stichting Frequency, R.A.M.P, Network Star Suriname ve Strangerfestival işbirliğiyle gerçekleştiriliyor.

StrangerFestival Workshop 2009 participants Naz Belkaya and Volkan Karataş are invited to Digital Dreams Festival to be held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands with their respect videos “On the Beach” and “The Kiss”. They will be joining a workshop on November 18th and 19th where they will be shooting videos with students from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam (Graphics College Rotterdam), the largest specialized vocational college in the field of media and design in the Netherlands. On November 20th and 21st, they will then participate the film screenings and the award show to take place in the arts center Your Space.
Digital Dreams Festival will be hosting youth coming from Rotterdam, Istanbul and Paramabiro, who shot videos about their identity, thoughts, dreams and especially their future in the context of their city and the world. All videos will be evaluated for the Public and Jury Award; the winners will be announced at the award ceremony on November 20th. You are welcome to vote Naz or Volkan’s videos, or any other videos you like on the festival website (by pushing the Stem button below their videos):
